Amazing Detoxifying Nourishing
MEALS PREPARED FOR YOU
Starting May 1st Eddy and Mireille, from Sprouting Life, will prepare amazing meals to assist you in your journey along the Hippocrates lifestyle. What we provide: · Two meals per day that consist of organic broccoli, alfalfa, mustard, carrot, clover, onion, garlic, dill, fenugreek, mungs, lentils, adzuki, arugula, sunflower, pea, and cabbage sprouts. Also,organic sea vegetables such as dulse, alaria, kombu, kelp and nori; olives, fresh vegetables, nuts and seeds, avocado, lots of garlic and delicious dressings · 16 ounces of green drink per day from Chantalle Asselin (Green Things) · 4 ounces of wheatgrass juice per day · 2 ounces of fresh milk thistle per day · 32 ounces of flax tea per day · A large bottle of Lifegive Enzymes · A small bottle of Ocean Energy B12 supplements · A 3-hour sprouting and raw meal preparation workshop · A recipe booklet · A weekly meal plan · Meals will be ready for pick up by 8am |

This is an amazing detoxifying and nourishing program that follows
the Hippocrates Institute lifestyle. As with any food program you can experience detox and you may feel physically and emotionally ill. Eddy and I are not health professionals; we are Hippocrates graduates who promote Hippocrates lifestyle by growing and selling organic sprouts and distributing Lifegive supplements. If you need advice, you can book a phone consultation with Brian Clement* or talk to your health care practitioner. Sprouting Life’s only intention is to provide the food to you so that you can do your own nourishing program without having to worry about preparing the food yourself. In addition to this plan it is highly recommended to do the following: · Take E3live and chlorella tablets (available from Chantalle) · Do at least one colonic per week (available from Body Klense) Cost per week $450
